At SB Food Depot, we take pride in delivering high-quality Texas dried seafood right to your door. Here's what you can expect from our shipping process:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us for special arrangements.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return policy is here to help:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, any opened or tampered packaging is not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sbfooddepot@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're eligible for a refund, here’s how it works:
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Non-Refundable Items: Any item returned after 14 days of delivery or items ineligible for return as per our policy cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
